In this book, I show you how to declutter your mind, your home, your workplace and your life in general. I take some basic Buddhist principles and show you how to apply these to all aspects of your life and how, by doing so, you can have a tremendously satisfying effect on your thought processes and everything that contributes meaningfully to your life.This involves a combination of meditation and mindfulness which is the essence of getting to know and understand yourself. By applying these principles, you should be able to reduce your stress and anxiety levels, much of which is cause by clutter. Your decluttered mind and living spaces can contribute to helping you achieve a better, rewarding and fulfilling life.
