It is the human «puppy» (or baby) ¿which¿/who is the very slowest one, in the process of growing into adulthood. Accordingly, we-human-beings also go through a substantial portion of our life spans in puberty and adolescence periods. Moreover, this phase of ¿our kind¿ constitutes a delicate, fragile, vulnerable interval; which is to be ¿handled¿ with utmost care. Teen-age times should therefore be properly understood scientifically by all the involved ¿circles¿.
