This is a book for every youth pastor or youth ministry volunteer who has ever felt like a little bit of a failure. Don't worry-you're in good company. This book started with a Facebook post. The question that prompted it was pretty simple: "Tell us your biggest youth ministry fail." For the next several weeks, hundreds of youth pastors and youth ministry volunteers commented, shared, and joined the conversation to tell some of their most horrible, humiliating, and hilarious stories of failure in youth ministry.
