Part I of the book examines the international context; Part II looks at issues associated with facilitating the transition to adulthood; Part III considers preparation for the world of work; Part IV looks at the preparation for Intimacy and family life; Part V examines the preparation for responsible community living; and Part VI outlines an agenda for future research in the area.
