A day-to-day account of the experiences of a young traveller teaching English in the Chinese city of Wuhu. From life in the Chinese classroom to everyday cultural minefields including attitudes towards sport, food and relationships, the complexities of the nation to the unaccustomed Western eye are undeniable.
