The purpose of this book is to alert us to the multidimensional aspects of our Eucharistic worship and to help us see how this sacrament engages the whole person and the entire People of God. It seeks to open our minds and hearts to the sacrament as the worship of the whole Church. It maintains that the human person is a microcosm of the Church and that the various dimensions of our human makeup that we find within ourselves are also present in Christ's Mystical Body.
