Worry dolls have been used for many years to chase away fears and worry. Thanks to this book, you will not need to go hunting for figurines. The pages of this book are filled with many paper dolls, dressed in the different magickal colors associated with human elements. When you are worried or need to release yourself of stress, all you have to do is cut out the doll(s) associated with the worries you have. You can simply talk to the doll(s) or write your worries on the back of the doll(s). Then, place the doll(s) under your pillow or bed before going to sleep. The theory is that by the next day, hopefully, your fears and worries should be behind you. Whatever you believe, this practice is good exercise for coping with stressful situations.
