This book analyzes the working memory and musical training in music teaching and its impact on academic achievement of general and musical education. We use some interesting measuring instruments as Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (WISC-IV; Wechsler, 2003), and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS-IV; Wechsler, 2008). We can see how important are the programs to boost working memory which can be established in order to encourage all conservatory students to accomplish their full potential and high academic achievement, as they are a reflection of an effective learning.
