wonderlover: A Poetry Book by Hugo Jepsen

A long time ago, someone told me that my emotional self was weak - but I learnt that it's strength.

A story of someone who was depleted from love and nourishment comes back to life with light and love to express and flow and interchange with the world.

The path that leads you home will find you no matter where you are. That's, at least, what happened to me. Crossed times, crossed people who broke me, people who helped me through some tough sh*t.

I shaped the heart that I've got into becoming human, sensitive, caring. I should be sad and be in remorse, but no, I've got a lot to give before passing through.

With a life to live and a pure heart to have with art to express, survival is important because, to the world, emotion and gratitude, forgiveness and appreciation must be given, shown.

What happens after the death of the ego? Rebirth!

Put your lips close to mine

as long as they don't touch,

so you can meet

the one true love.

Tell me, you're not leaving soon,

so many people told me that

they would come back to me,

but they never even called me back.

Sure but not sure, one more try,

underwater, just keep me alive

as long as you want to

because I'm in love with you.

How can I trust something I feel

if I decided to feel nothing at all,

I came from the winter to spring

to decide my life by the fall.
