Jochebed, a woman of note, a slave in the hand of Pharaoh but a notable woman of faith in the hand of the Almighty-the God of the Hebrews. With a woven basket as cradle of urgency for her child, she partnered with God to form the man Moses, who took the Hebrews out of the slavery of four hundred years.
