Wisdom and Management

This book took shape from the thoughts of the author on different aspects of management often presented in the form of articles and talks on different occasions. They cover a wide variety of topics and have the underlying theme of need for wisdom in management. To defuse monotony and boredom which may creep in between pages, a diversion is introduced by way of episodes depicting funny incidents.Initially the deficiencies in management as seen in practice are outlined. In the latter half of the book a new dimension to management is conceived and a blending of wisdom, spirituality and management is attempted and advocated. It is hoped the book will provide interesting reading to the general reader and in particular to managers.
