While we still hold some optimism regarding ourselves individually, we have none for our society, state, or nation. Our society is coming apart before our very eyes. A horrible genocide is taking place in Eastern Europe, a deadly pandemic roars around the globe, killer hurricanes menace Florida - a mood of pessimism and doubt about America's future and even her survival looms among us.

What we learn from this study of The Centuries (cycles) with their four turnings (generations of 20-25 years) is this: history is seasonal, and another winter is upon us now!
