In this sense, Francesco, a tourist guide from Emilia-Romagna, Northern Italy, with experience in food and wine tasting, decides to take a walk to Santiago de Compostela, following an intuition born almost by chance in front of a bottle of wine.

Accompanying him is a friend, Simone, a great food and wine professional and sommelier of the highest level.

Together they will discover, step by step, that the famous Pilgrimage is truly a mine of unique stories and characters woven into the landscape of an ancient Spain.

And above all, that on both sides of the Camino live skilled winemakers capable of making fascinating, handcrafted wines, driven by a choice to return to nature.
