Eryk longs to see his wives and son again, but he cannot do that while stuck in the realm of the gods.

Since he has no means of returning home, he decides to help Fray, his aunt. Rumors abound about the man in charge of the god race's Northern Division and none of them are good. He must help her uncover the secrets surrounding these rumors, and at the same time, become stronger so that he can survive long enough to reunite with his family again.
