The Dr. Moose series aims to help children (& parents) process emotions in healthy ways. Using a Montessori foundation this series offers a variety of practical approaches for families to use. All feelings are valid. Even big ones. And let's face it, kids seem to have only big feelings. What we DO with those feelings is the more important part. Teaching kids (& parents) these basic truths and how to work through them is our aim.
