In this book, Dr. Mattie Shaw found a way to encourage leaders to come together, use their abilities, and God given talents-- which are the tools to make an impact in our lives, communities, and ministries. She reminds us again the importance of crucial ingredients in the making and maintaining of effective leadership. It is my firm belief that a true leader has also demonstrated their leadership abilities in leading themselves to education, resources, and teams of individual that will better themselves and provide accountability that their vision, goals, and objectives become a reality.
