Jordan Keller was diagnosed at 4 months old with Autism and thankfully started early intervention immediately. We made sure as a family we kept Jordan in a safe and healthy environment. School changed everything we worked so hard on as Jordan was not only bullied by students but also teachers. Kids called Jordan fat, weird, freak, kicked him in the head repeatedly with a soccer ball and laughed at him and then threaten to beat him up. Jordan's siblings were also bullied especially his brother and triplet sister. Jordan met Dr. David J Anderson before kindergarten at five years old and we have been grateful everyday since then that God blessed us to cross paths with Dr. David J Anderson. By this age Jordan was pretty familiar with doctors and he knew when he met Dr. David J Anderson for the first time he was different from other doctors and Jordan was very correct. Dr Anderson advised me as his mom it would be a good idea to explain Autism to Jordan before he started kindergarten even though I disagreed I took his advise and it was the best advise I have ever been given. Dr. David J Anderson believed in Jordan from day one compared to other physicians and nurses that look at me and say I assume he's nonverbal because he has autism. I say every time to Jordan can you please answer the doctor and nurses questions. We are so thankful that God has given Jordan a voice to help others that cannot speak for themselves.
