Whispers From Ocean Waves is a collection of short stories and poetry placed into one book. The author dug deep within himself to explore and expose things that have touched him and been weighing heavy in his own heart and mind for some time now. In a creative effort, he placed parts of himself within each and every story as well as each poem that he put together within this collection of writings. Author, Reign Billings Sr. has done a fantastic job at expressing parts of life and the world that many know to exist but few want to speak about.
