Grumpus thinks his home state of Ohio is boring. He wonders why he can't live somewhere more exciting with "cool" animals like orcas or elephants. Illustrated using bits of nature from his land, Jared Goodykoontz enlisted the help of his Pre-K students to create the characters in this series. Included in the back of this first book are several activities to connect the whole family with the nature adventures around them!
