Where is the Church that Jesus Built

How did the church Jesus designed and built through His Apostles collect money? How did the church spend what was collected? Can a church today collect or spend collected funds in any manner and still please God? How were ministers paid in the first century? Where did all the money go in the first century church, and where does it go today? How can we establish permission (authority) from God for any issue.
