Life is not perfect--not even close.
I was born in the '80's and I have seen things; read things; done things; avoided things, and I have tried to understand things.
So I wrote down these things that we can do together when you feel very bad about life (to the extent that you want to escape from the whole thing).
I understand if you don't need help, but I need you to read this book, because it is made up of time and energy, and it is not boring. You can also refer this book to someone as a preventive First-aid kit, or a timely medicine.
