What's That? What is That Animal in the Yard?: Northeastern U.S.A.

Just by going outside, and having a little bit of patience, one can find many different creatures that live outside the door. There are many different species of birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, insects and arachnids. Each one has its own unique set of facts and adaptations. This book is a primer for children to learn about a handful of common creatures. With a small introduction to each animal in this book, children will become curious to see if they can find the animals outside. They will need some encouragement from their caregivers.
