A Midwestern gay man finds that the path on his road to to life and love and self-discovery is cobbled with depression, loss, heartache, universal scholastic bullying, addiction, disease and inner turmoil. None of this deters his tunnel vision as he keeps his eye on the prize: the elusive, tormenting, breathless, haunting and exuberant love that he aches for with his entire being since he first drew breath. And he endures it all until he finds it....
