What Jesus Said

The actual message of Jesus is deceptively simple. We make it complex because we pay more attention to commentaries about Jesus' teachings than we do to what Jesus actually taught. We also overlook a number of Jesus' core teachings because in spite of their simplicity, they can be very difficult to actually follow. To pattern one's life after Jesus is neither easy or enticing for those of us mired in materiality. This book focuses on some of the key teachings of Jesus and attempts to help the reader put those lessons in a context applicable to today's life.
