Managers have an active role in our working life and their attitudes and experiences affect our success. If a manager is good on his/her job and applies his/her skills to manage people effectively, workers also become successful at work at the same rate. Otherwise, there can be some problems and some deficiency about employment. So, who is a good manager? To find answer of the question, a questionnaire was created and asked to employees. They answered some questions about their managers on the survey and results of the survey were evaluated with some analyze techniques. This research intends analysing results of the survey and effects of the questions on the survey for management, using different data mining techniques as a result of this finding what is bad manager model or good manager model.
