This text aims to motivate students to read, understand and appreciate original philosophical thinking about morality. The book is divided into three parts: part one engages students in the questions and methods of philosophy; part two explicity places students concerns and the theories of philosophers into a common context; and part three engages students in a direct and critical appraisal of questions about life and morality.
