What is Iniquity?

The Bible talks about "iniquity" but what does that mean?



Iniquity is a wicked act and immoral conduct or practice that's harmful to God, The Creator of the world. Iniquity is also harmful to all mankind, to yourself, and to others. But how did iniquity come to be, when God created a perfect world?
