You're a freaky little butterfly
that look in your eye can't lie'
What I mean by love is
can cheat, can die.
What I Mean When I Talk About Love is one epic poem that takes you on a journey of one girl's romance through pictures taken over fifteen days. It talks about unrequited love, the consequence of that and the most important thing about love. It's a book to be read in one sitting and come out drenched in feelings.
It shows the battles this girl faces as she ogles over a young man she has never met, as her obsessions turn into convictions she has made up in her head and then finally, the end.
Everyday I wake up feeling like this;
like I am a borrowed leaf from the steam of his tree
and he is the veins underneath my leaf
and then his tree is full of leaves
and I am each leaf trembling with the wind.
We are free to shake with feeling
losing a leaf is not loss but space,
and the creation of this space
represents a prologue to better days.
