Carolyn Cutler Hughes has written and illustrated this children's book using basic ideas that nature has given to us each and every day. She applies life lessons that she has found helpful and uses them to help others understand each lesson. She watercolors each picture, very specifically, to demonstrate the life lesson that she is trying to express. This children's book is not only about the writing but it is grippingly visual.
