Wetware Wizards

The little golden AIs are taking over the world, and no one is even noticing.

Except Dominic and his friends. But Dominic is in prison, which puts a damper on his attempted rebellion. Now he's saddled with a behavior-control chip embedded in his spine and can't even kill himself. Oh, then a woman shows up claiming to be his wife, but his wife is dead.

While Dominic concocts his prison escape plan, someone called Mom is resurrecting the rebellion, leveraging an invincible ace in the hole; a wetware wizard who can overpower the AIs in their own domain. There's a hitch; to guarantee success, Mom's wizard wants more people just like him. All it takes is a shot of his little potion that kills you before it brings you back as a wizard. Is it worth it?
