Called "The Deepening," humanity's space exploration is still in its infancy.



Advancing ever deeper, men stumbled into the domain of The Ziz, angering the ancient alien race which has secretly influenced mankind for millennia.



Zen, the alien King, fears humans will commit genocide because Kyle Supplantis, Rockstar and ex-Marine IS the Water Witch: a powerful human foretold to destroy them in an event called 'The Utmost Discordance'.



And Zen will stop at nothing to neutralize whoever he sees as a hostile threat.
