This book describes level walks along the creeks and in the parks of Sonoma County, California. The writer, Sarah Cornelius, originated The Walking Class at Santa Rosa Junior College, where it is still taught. Sarah Cornelius originated The Walking Class at Santa Rosa Junior College, California for 20 years. This book is a result of that experience. At age 70 when arthritis became a factor, it was necessary to find level places to walk.
