Captaining uses a metaphor of sailing to show how the human mind can free or enslave us. Although we will talk about winds and waves, pirates and drifters the voyage of Captaining is not out there but within ourselves. Being here, in this precious moment, is a skill requiring both courage and a commitment to becoming our highest self, our captain.
