Eleven-year-old Eddie Ableton is one of a million kids who feels very average. And since his mother died, he's feeling scared of a dad who has become an ogre. But recently, Eddie has something more to think about. A pushy mockingbird has appeared in his backyard, and unbelievably, it's communicating with him!
