A luxury cruise turns into a nightmare when a mysterious infection spreads through the massive ship, transforming passengers and crew into ravenous undead monsters. As the living are hunted through the decks and corridors, a small band of survivors must fight their way to the bridge to send a distress signal. But the way is blocked by hordes of the bloodthirsty infected. Martin, the reluctant leader, Sandra, a deadly martial artist, and Marco, a crack marksman, form the core of the group trying to escape the doomed vessel. With makeshift weapons and dwindling supplies, they battle their way through a hellish gauntlet of unrelenting violence and shocking depravity.
