Vow To Run

This is the story of an actual event that occurred with the U.S. Border Patrol and the Riverside Sheriffs department. It discloses the events that followed a failure to yield and ensuing high speed pursuit that caused international complaints regarding the harsh treatment of illegal aliens from Mexico. The investigation uncovered a smuggling organization that claimed none of its smuggler/drivers would ever yield to police.
