Special agents Lex Payne and Duke Elliot from Equinox Anti-Crime Agency, (EACA), race against time to recover a research data notebook stolen from a university scientist. In this episode, Lex gives remote support to Duke, who finds himself up against opposition while out investigating a primary concern. The battle is hard ... but Duke doesn't give up, hoping he is close to recovering the notebook and bringing the criminals to justice.
