Voices Against Campus Harassment

This study delves into survivors' perceptions of sexual harassment within higher education, examining experiences across faculty, staff, students, and administrators. It scrutinizes survivors' views on perpetrator consequences and institutional responses, aiming to provide nuanced insights beyond well-known health and career impacts. Drawing from the Sexual Harassment in the Academy dataset curated by Dr. Karen Kelsky, the study analyzes responses from 1,230 survivors, offering valuable understanding into their interpretations of harassment incidents and institutional reactions.
