This book is for the guidance of those wishing to use stained cultures for virus studies.In this manual, sufficient illustrations are presented that may not be otherwise readily available to the reader and indicate the wide range of cytopathic changes. However, it has been necessary to limit the size of the pictures to a minimum - enough to convince the reader that the technique can be of great practical value for the recognition of many different viruses.
