Beskrivelse
For a given driving speed, taking into account adequate safety coefficients, dynamic equilibrium is theoretically achieved for a very wide range of combinations of practical values of radii, camber and friction, but head-on or run-off-the-road accidents occur more for smaller radii. In other words, the dynamic balance does not guarantee the safety of the movement and the good behavior of the drivers. The main objective of this work is to compare the methods of distributing superelevations indicated in the Argentinean standards DNV 67/80 and its update DNV 10, for which methods from other countries, particularly the United States and Spain, with different approaches were reviewed.
