He is a former physician, lab scientist, instructor, and editor and member of American Mensa.The goal here is to provide the reader with an understandng of the vegan lifestyle and encourage living as a vegan for purposes of optimum good health. There are references to natural health doctors from the past who have achieved and maintained good health through their diets. Everything you need for good health can be found in whole natural foods from plants only.
