Value creation in open government

This ebook contains 8 papers addressing various aspects of transparency. Although most agree on the need for transparency, the actual creation of transparency often lags behind expectations. Relevant datasets cannot be opened, as the data is stored in such a way that opening is only possible at great expense. Therefore, we posit that transparency-by-design should be embraced.
