Vaay Khahim Saad We Will Be Standing is quite a radical narrative, with a twisted language in which the protagonist, a middle class girl in her mid-thirties, who mainly, in a conversation with herself (in second person voice, ) narrates the tumultuous events of her up-bringing in the traumatic background of her life as a child a leftist political family in post-revolutionary Iran.
