Beskrivelse
This book is divided into two chapters: The first is a survey of users' opinions on the quality of services provided by the Mali Hospital. The measurement of user satisfaction in health facilities has been a requirement in Mali since 2002 through the Health Orientation Law and the Hospital Law of Mali. This was later taken up by the ANEH in 2010. The user opinion survey on the quality of services provided by the Mali Hospital is the measurement method used for this purpose. The second is devoted to the impact of the medical project on the development of a public hospital: the case of Mali Hospital. As part of the development of the Mali Hospital's Institutional Project (Bah, 2019), the medical project is one of the key elements. As such, it must respond to major health challenges, guarantee access to quality care for the entire population served, and allow for the evaluation of existing resources and future needs so that the hospital can fulfil its missions. "The medical project is the main driving force behind the hospital project.
