'Bob' is a skilled hacker with a peculiar hobby. He drains the financial assets of those who have made their money by destroying the future of others. It's a good hobby, and pays well for the punishment he applies. Bob hacks into an opponent's schemes for propagating greater evils than the mere financial pillaging of a homeland. Bob has taken a step too far, against a target too strong, and his exploits release a force that promises torture before death.
