He had always loved urban Truro with its breezy, blue-eyed beaches. It was a place that encouraged his tendency to feel cross. Then he saw something in the distance, or rather someone. It was the figure of Will Barlow. Will was a generous dolphin with ginger moles and ruddy moles.
