Unwritten Promise

Moving in together was supposed to be the start of our next chapter, a seamless blend of love, laughter, and maybe the occasional paint swatch debate. But as we pack up our separate lives and try to build something new, I'm starting to wonder if we're just painting over the cracks. Luke has been distant, and every conversation about "us" feels like walking on eggshells. He's brilliant and charming, but lately, it's like we're speaking two different languages. I'm a planner, a designer-I can turn any space into a home, but this? This is the hardest thing I've ever tried to build.
