Until We Meet Again

IT IS SPRING 1945 and World War II will be ending in four months. Abby Lansing and Jim Riley are high school seniors in a small midwestern Montana town and are different as two people can be. They have gone to the same schools for the past ten years but didn't run in the same circles. Abby is studious and focused on her future to become a nurse, while Jim likes to party and has a reputation as a ladies' man. He and his best friend George regularly pursue mischief and often get into trouble at school. One day, Jim realizes that he has been smitten by Abby and they go to the Senior Dance together without either of them realizing where this will lead.This is a story that reaches far beyond the bounds of teenagers as it portrays the maturity of deep caring and unselfish love that Abby and Jim have for one another.
