About the Book

I didn't know that he was what I needed. His presence made me learn to let go. His love taught me that I am seen and I am beautiful. How he loves me - even with all this ugly and damage - is amazing. I didn't think that there would be a time when the walls that I spent so many years building around myself and my life would come crumbling down. Now I know what the meaning of love is. His love is teaching me about healing, he sees my pain and my scars matter to him but do not change the beauty he sees in me. In his love my scars are unravelling and I am starting to see the beauty in me.

About the Author

Dineo Oliphant was born in Warrenton, a small town in the Northern Cape but she was raised in Cape Town - South Africa for most of her schooling and university life. Unravelling Scars is her debut novel.

Dineo's writing is centred on healing and wholeness. She is a believer in pursuing your purpose and is always encouraging people around her - and those she encounters - to find and do what they are called to do. Dineo is a lifetime student, always eager to unlearn limiting beliefs and learn new ways. She is an advocate for healing, mental health and personal development.

She believes that everyone has a story to tell and this inspired her to establish her own publishing and production company to help as many people as possible to tell their stories
