When we go through life wearing masks, it's about image and hiding who we are and what we feel. Masking keeps the pain locked inside,

unhealed, festering, and growing. It was when I could break free of my mask and step into myself that

I could start the healing process. What I discovered as I journaled and started to heal was a space where

my truth lived, and that truth was that I was remarkable and that I could choose to live into that remarkable me.
